Shirley and Gail Puryear definitely have a fun and inviting environment in which to taste their fun wines. They are also the driving force behind getting the Rattlesnake Hills AVA established. Bonair Wines is a great stop for large groups who are looking for a wide variety of wines to taste and super friendly staff. Call Shirley ahead to set up your winery tour, and your group will get a fun and informative introduction to wine.
Their winery is set amid vineyards with a tutor style tasting room, a really great picnic area, snacks and Bung the winery dog. This is a casual and unpretentious environment great for those winery touring for the first time.
